Award RESILiM-O Progress Report Quarter 2

This report covers the period from January to March 2019. The close-out period begins on 1 April 2019. A couple of unexpected events tested the resilience of the team this quarter-firstly the injury of our Assistant Director Derick du Toit in a robbery, from which he has fortunately recovered.
